All packages can be upgraded and all CD/DVD packages come with a DVD slide show

Up to 2 hours attendence at 1 location CD with 50+ hi-res photos on it (will take more photos than this) No pre wedding shoot, no online sales (£25 extra if wanted).  Travel exspensis, and parking fees charged as extra.

Coverage of ceremony, formals, and brides house 40pic 10x10in album, 2 A4 prints or DVD/CD with all pics taken and a 50 5x7in album.

 

Gold                                                       £1200

Coverage of ceremony, formals, brides house, reception up to mock cake cutting/first dance 50 12x12in album and a 50 5x7in album, 1 A4 print, or DVD/CD with all pics taken and album 30 10x10.

 

Platinum                                               £1500

Coverage of ceremony, formals, brides house, reception up to mock cake cutting/first dance 50 12x12in album, plus album 50 5x7 in, A4 framed photo, a 20x20 canvas, a DVD slide show,  and DVD with all pics taken or a GraphiStudio Wedding Book 30 metallic pages 20x30cm in case, 2 parents albums 30 page 15x20cm, 12x12in canvas, aDVD with all pics taken,and  a DVD slide show.

            All packages come with online album to order prints from if required, this will contain all pics taken on the day.(value base not included)

A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required for booking the wedding date, 50% of balence 28 days before wedding day, and final payment 14 days after wedding. I cannot book till I have the deposit. Value base is £100 deposit and balance when you get the CD.

 

Please note a fee of £1 per mile is requierd for locations over 20 miles from mile location for exsample if the wedding is 25 miles away the fee would be £10 for travel both ways, also if any other fees like car parking fees, or congestion charge will be added at cost.

 

  I will promise that I will go above and beyond.

1) I will do my very best to get the shots that you want because you are the customer and it's your special day.

2) I will research venues and check for places for the photos.

3) I will speak to the venues to make sure were I am allowed and not allowed to take pictures. (Some churches and registry office do not allow pictures to be taken of service and register signing)

4) I will keep in contact with you, and you can contact me as often as you like.

5) I will go to venue a week before the wedding day to check the lighting out.

6) I will look at the weather forecasts over the week before and let you know of any amendments we may need (If there is any major weather problems I will offer you a free shoot at your preferred beauty spot up to 2 hours at a mutual time to suit.)

7) I will keep in contact with you up until you receive your album and products.

8) I will keep you photos backed up for at least 5 years.

My aim is to take all the photographical hassle from you so you can enjoy your wedding day.

The above dose not apply to the value base, due to the price no visits to location are included, I will stay in contact with you and I will get some great photos.
